Eudoxia Worldwide Education Specialists Inc was founded in 2020 in Montreal by Mohamed Jamel Miladi, drawing on fifteen years of experience in international education in Canada. This Canadian entity holds the group's official accreditations — IAS — ICEF Agent Status, British Council accreditation, and the CNESST AR-2102008 permit for the recruitment of temporary foreign workers to Quebec.
Eudoxia Tunisia is the group's local outpost, dedicated to information, academic orientation, and connecting candidates across the Maghreb and Africa. Concretely: study orientation and admission services are delivered from Tunis; the worker recruitment service for Canada is legally operated by our parent company in Montreal. This structure protects our candidates' rights and ensures compliance with Quebec and Canadian regulations.

Founder & president — Eudoxia Worldwide Education Specialists Inc
Mohamed Jamel Miladi first built a career in IT in Tunisia, notably in the banking sector. This technical and operational background remains a valuable asset for advising students today who target science and technology programs abroad.
Settled in Canada since 2005, he moved into international education from 2011 — fifteen years of cumulative industry experience — first as an independent agent. He then joined CDI College (Campus Support group, Vancouver) where he progressed rapidly through several successive positions over eight years, eventually leaving as Regional Vice-President for International Admissions.
In 2022, he took the helm of Collège National de Science et Technologies in Montreal for a focused one-year restructuring mandate as General Director. In parallel, he developed an entrepreneurial path in Canada, founding and leading multiple companies.
In 2020, he founded Eudoxia Worldwide Education Specialists Inc, bringing together this triple expertise — IT, higher education, and entrepreneurship. The Eudoxia Tunisia brand now brings this know-how to candidates across the Maghreb and Africa.
